How to Get Involved

Aggressive plans for the lot at N. 6th St/Cleveland St are moving fast and we need your help to preserve Cleveland Park as we know it.

Learn What Is At Stake

Six single family lots on N. 6th Street sold for $1.2 million and the developers have plans for 30,000 square feet of mixed-use development with a rezoning request that would allow up to 100% non-owner occupied short term rentals permits. Discover how this could drastically disrupt the neighborhood.

Now is the time to send a message to the developers and the city that this development can’t move forward with the proposed plan. Sign the petition and share it with your fellow neighbors.
