N. 6th Street Rezoning Bill Officially Removed
Big news! The N. 6th bill has been removed from council by CM Davis and that means it will not be considered during this council term.
N. 6th Street Project Unanimously Disapproved by the MPC
On May 23rd, the Nashville Metro Planning Commission (MPC) met regarding the rezone/policy change request for the N. 6th Street project and decided to unanimously disapprove the project.
Deferred (yet again) to 5/23
Well, here we are again. The N. 6th St case has been deferred by CM Davis & the developers from 4/25 to 5/23.

After over a week of trying to get confirmation from CM Davis and the project developer (Mr. Roberge) around their intentions for when the N. 6th Case will be heard, we finally have an update.
N. 6th St Deferred at 3/28 MPC Meeting
After being moved from the 1/28, 2/14, and 2/28 agendas to the 3/28 MPC agenda, the N. 6th Street case was unfortunately deferred at the meeting by CM Scott Davis today without any advance notice.
Planning Staff Recommends ‘Disapproval’ for 6th Street Rezone/Policy Change
Big news! The staff report for the 3/28 MPC meeting with the N. 6th Street rezone/policy change request is out and the planning department staff recommended ‘disapproval’ for BOTH the rezone and policy change requests.
